Violet is a highly motivated nurse leader and qualified midwife; with over 30 experience in the nursing sector. She has worked in the social care for the last 25 years, she is passionate about caring for the elderly and those living with Dementia, championing outstanding care, coaching and personal development for all who work for the sector.
She has worked for Caring Homes Group for the last 5 years supporting homes across Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and the Isle of Man also previously held senior roles in Care UK and Barchester.
Violet started her career as a midwife in South Africa and has over the last 25 years with the support of great mentors worked her way up in different roles including Senior Nurse, Unit Manager, Deputy Manager, Home Manager, Service Improvement Manager, Area Manager and Regional Director.
Violet was honoured to be shortlisted as one of the finalists for the 2023 WAG Awards – Girl Power Category and National Care Awards 2021 – Care Operations Manager Category.
