Jacqui is a positive, compassionate, and effective professional with over 30 years’ experience in children’s services. Having been a Registered Manger in local authority and private children’s homes and foster carer she established her consultancy supporting other Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals to improve their provision and the outcomes for care experienced children and young people.

Jacqui’s business model is based upon relationships and an ethical approach where children come first and teams work together to provide a safe, protective and loving home where everyone is valued and children are supported to live their best possible lives.
