Debbie is a highly motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial innovator in the care sector.
For over 15 years she has been on a mission to help people who fund their own care get the information they need to evaluate all their options and ultimately make the right decision.
In her early career, Debbie was a successful estate agent working with high-net-worth clients in Marlow, Bucks.
Leaving that sector to raise a family, she simultaneously studied for a BSC at the Open University before returning to the care sector in 2009 most notably to set up the first customer review platform for care homes.
After the successful sale of that business, in late 2019, Debbie founded Autumna which is now the largest and most detailed online directory of care providers and retirement living operators in the UK.
