Amanda is a dedicated and passionate leader, with a keen eye for quality and excellence. Amanda has worked in social care, leading children, young people, and adults’ services for over 17 years. Amanda has successfully created and registered numerous outstanding provisions from the ground up, which are still in operation with great accomplishments continuing. Amanda worked within the Local Authority as the Operations Manager, designing new services, bringing underperforming services in-house for turn around projects and being legally responsible for various registered settings under multiple disciplines.

Amanda successfully delivers all good and outstanding services within CQC and Ofsted. Most recently she led a new organisation as the Nominated Individual, achieving an Outstanding CQC rating in their first inspection. 

Amanda was awarded the Children & Young Peoples Executive Leader Award at the Social Care Top 30 Leadership Awards and has led teams in winning various national awards including ‘Complex Care at Home & Supported Living Team.
